Working with Respect

Working With Respect is a workplace learning video developed to promote respectful behaviours and reinforce Thiess’ values in creating a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment. The content addresses important topics including bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, and victimisation.

In this project, I contributed as an Illustrator, Video Editor, and Motion Designer, creating visual assets, animations, and engaging video content to communicate the message clearly and effectively.
