Mining Principles

This course is designed to reinforce Thiess’ commitment to delivering top-quality mining services with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and sustainability. It provides clear guidance on our core principles and demonstrates how they shape everyday decisions and operations across our sites, supported by structured learning materials and engaging training videos.

For this project, I contributed as a Learning Designer and 3D Animator, translating complex technical content into clear, visually engaging learning experiences. I developed the course structure, ensured alignment with Thiess standards, and created animations and motion graphics to help bring key concepts to life and enhance learner understanding.
